Express Text Embroidery

No set up charge
£2.50 + VAT per garment. Please fill in the form provided to choose your font, size and placement. Alternatively phone for a quote for large quantities on 0845 094 1228.

Logo Embroidery

£2.99 + VAT per item. There may be a £19.99 Set up fee if the logo is complicated, but this is a one off fee. If you would like a quote please phone our sales team on 0845 094 1228.
Embroidered designs are created using high speed, computerised embroidery machines that result in a design that is very accurate and durable. Up to 15 colours can be included in a design.
All designs must first be "digitised". This digitisation process turns an image (such as a logo) into a computer file that the embroidery machine can read. Special software and technical ability are required for this process, but digitisation is only required once for each design. Embroidery gives a superb finish which will outlive the garment.
Please note if you require an exact colour match you will need to provide your Pantone reference when ordering.

 
Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is the transfer of a design onto fabric using a specially coated paper printed by an inkjet printer. The design is applied to the fabric using a heat press to generate both heat and consistent pressure.

This process is best suited for designs that are full colour such as photos or where there is fine detail or where there is a large design (up to A3).

 
Vinyl Heat Press

No set up charge £2.50 + VAT per item.

Ideal for High Visibility garments and poly cotton poloís etc.
There is no set up charge and up to three colours can be used.
Designs are created using special software which is read by a cutting machine which cuts the design out of sheets of special colour vinyl. This is the heat pressed onto the garment.

 
Helmets

Helmets can be branded by being embossed (minimum quantity 40)
Printing directly onto the helmet (minimum quantity 40)
Logo stickers (no minimum quantity)
